To create a wrapper or launcher for a jar file open a terminal and navigate to the jnix installation directory then type: java -jar JnixBuild.jar "path to launch4j configuration file"
If java is not in your path you will need to provide the full path to java you can type:
sh ./jnix.sh -jar Jnix SerialBuild.jar "path to launch4j configuration file"
and jnix will find the path to a suitable version of java.
