It sports a really nice graphical interface, small but very colorful that neatly displays all necessary information on the screen and lets you make some adjustments to its settings.

Extended Ping lets you create a whole list with addresses that can be periodically tested. It comes with a table filled with detailed information on tests and addresses. Simply type in the name of the addresses, the location, description and comment to create an entry for it.

Extended Ping Serial automatically displays data in the table, including the number of tries and the time it took to load the address. Double-click on one icon to get the history with all the details and information.

It has a search bar that allows you to type in the address that you need and quickly find it in the list. A separate section is filled with all sort of settings that you can adjust in order to meet your preferences.

There's the option to adjust the alarm threshold, set the alarm to sound after a certain number of tries or adjust the ping interval. You can also set the application to stay on top of all other windows on your desktop, automatically start it when you boot your computer or set an audible alarm.
