You can sharpen images, enable auto contrast, simplify pictures and adjust the posterize and the threshold. The HTML section lets you adjust line spacing, pick from normal or no space.
You can also add a page title, background color and pick the characters that you would like to use. It also has a feature that turns an image into a negative by inverting its colors.
