Setting up the plugin is a very simple task, since all you have to do is copy the downloaded DLL file to the "Effects" folder of Paint.net. It works with both the installer and portable versions of the application. If it was launched prior to taking this step, you have to restart it.
From this point on, you can access Red Eye Quick Fix Serial from the "Effects" menu after loading an image. The pupils of the people in the photograph are automatically identified and you can enhance or decrease the threshold by moving a slider, enter the numerical value which represents the threshold level, or click on two buttons to increase or reduce this number.
