Unfortunately, none of the databases can be viewed as a whole unless a report is issued. These can be created for nearly all corresponding forms, which you can save to file of TXT or HTML formats, or directly printed out on a sheet of paper.
In order to keep everything safe, each time you launch the application you need to provide user credentials. The first person ever to log in takes the place of administrator, which has the right to create other users. However, there is no possibility to set permissions, and the database can only be accessed locally.
