The program works with Microsoft Access, OleDB, ODBC, SQL Server, SQLite and Oracle databases and does not support working with offline database files. In other words, you need to establish the connection to the database manager to extract the emails.
The secondary tab in Database E-Mailer Serial’s interface is dedicated to setting up the email sending process. You need to select or create a profile, indicating the output server and the name of the recipients. Templates for email messages can also be created within a few second. The templates are required for previewing, editing and saving the emails.
You may send the email as an HTML message or request a delivery receipt. Moreover, you can manage attachments. Additionally, you can create a blacklist of all the email addresses that should be avoided in the process.
All the bulk message sending tasks are recorded in the table on the Progress & History tab. Here you can view the previously sent message, as well as watch the progress of sending batches of images. The program can calculate the elapsed time, for the current job and allows you to pause or stop it at any time.
