PExe is primarily designed to enable you to verify executable files and check if there are written in native code or NET assembly. Essentially, you just need to import it and press the “Check File” button.
If the executable is written in NET assembly, you also have the option of disassembling it. Its components are automatically extracted and placed in the original file’s containing folder.
PExe Serial is very easy to use, as you only need to browse to the respective EXE file on your hard drive or provide its full path. Drag and drop actions are not supported, however, which would have made this task a lot easier.
The interface is clearly designed to be functional, but it has to be said that it looks very outdated. Nevertheless, this should not be a problem for its target user base.
