The geo locator can be downloaded and installed from the Store with little effort. It's specially made for computers running Windows 8, 8.1 and 10, including touch-supported devices. The utility can be pinned to your Start Screen or Menu for easy access.
As far as the interface is concerned, Where I Am Serial opts for a large window with a blue background, which can be switched to fullscreen mode. It asks to know your location right at startup, after which it determines and displays your latitude, longitude and accuracy.
Unfortunately, this is where the app's functionality ends. It doesn't have buttons for copying or saving the coordinates in text format. On the bright side, you can grab the full screen with the latitude and longitude to save the image to your PC or share it with a friend.
All things considered, Where I Am has little to offer.
