The feathered bundles of joy will brighten up even the saddest screen, as the colors are vivid and the way the animals look emanates innocence and grace. Any parrot owner or at least parrot enthusiast would want to have this app added to their system's library.
Through the settings menu, you can modify the image keep and transition time, while the clock that is present in the down-left corner of the image can be switched between 12h and 24h formats
The app itself is nothing more than a slideshow of various parrot images that transition from one to the other sequentially.
The quality of the image itself is good, but when tested on a screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, most of them showed slight signs of pixelations, so using this app on a 4K monitor is a total waste of time.
Nonetheless, the app itself is pretty dated and will probably be downloaded by people that want a feel of nostalgia added to their desktop.
One thing to take care of is the setup process since if you're not careful, you might end up changing the homepage of your default browser.
