As far as the GUI is concerned, IM Picture Viewer opts for a single window that shows all settings it has to offer. All you have to do is click the "Load Pictures" button to load all files from the Windows "Pictures" folder.
Only JPEG and GIF files will be loaded while files with any other formats will be ignored. You can check out the image contents in a built-in pane of IM Picture Viewer Serial, mark any files as favorites, load only the favorites, as well as delete favorites.
Unfortunately, this is where IM Picture Viewer's functionality ends. Sadly, it's not possible to view images in full screen mode or at least in their original size since the viewing area doesn't automatically fit to the margins when maximizing the window.
