NHMTTS SAPI5 takes almost no time to install and it doesn't have a complicated setup that you would need to complete before using it. The application has lots of settings and tools that you can use, neatly arranged in its intuitive interface.
Text can be added inside the application, using the old-fashioned copy and paste way or by loading documents from your computer. It's best to load only .txt files, as others might not work.

All in all, it's a nice text to speech engine that allows you to choose from multiple voices and configure them. However, it has some stability issues and you'll need to provide it with text as it doesn't have a translator.
