Using MultiBrowse Serial is the same as using any other browser. The only difference is that you can click the button in the status bar, or press Control+N to open a new window to browse in.
To use the favorites menu, just click the "URL" caption, or the heart icon in the top right corner next to the X which closes the window. From there you can access the menu which has all the options you need to view and manage your favorite websites.
To turn the popup disabling functionality on, choose Options->Disable Popups from the main window menu system.
