Well, you can use it to draw over a blank white page or over an already existing picture (as long as it’s in a JPG, PNG or BMP format). As long as you don’t want to simply draw a mustache or other more shameful elements over a picture of your best friend, there isn’t any reason why you should open an image with this program; the only way you can actually edit a picture is by rotating it.

For drawing, you can use a pen, a brush, or a straight line tool, all with adjustable sizes. You have an eraser tool, a type tool and you can create squares, ellipses, and complex polygons. One interesting feature is the ability to draw symmetrical things using the mirror mode. And, basically, this is all the app does.
