Multiple projects can be started and organized with Pendulums, each with its own settings. For example, the team leader receives an administrator role, but this doesn't necessarily apply to all projects (a project's admin can be a simple member within a different project). The administrator can send invitations to the other team members via email.

Once a project is created, it's possible to add as many tasks as necessary. Pendulums works like a simple audio recorder: click the play button to record time and click it again to stop it - this interval captures time spent on a particular activity. Only time is captured by the application and you can also set an activity description. Anything else, like what files you are accessing on the computer, is left out.

A history of all activities can be checked out in a graph, where you can read details like author, start and end time, along with duration. The task's description can be changed or its entry can be removed from the list.

As far as other settings are concerned, you can set up your profile, view notifications of new project activities, as well as change your password and switch to full screen mode.
